Participants will explore the scientific foundations of mindfulness, including evidence on stress reduction, concentration, creativity and well-being. In addition, participants will engage in guided, hands-on practices that can be directly integrated into daily (research) routines.
This course is designed for early-career researchers, academics at any stage and staff who wish to incorporate more mindfulness into their daily life. Note that priority will be given to PhD students.
